Flowers were delivered one day before (strike 1 ) and left at the front door around at four o’clock, went requested the latest delivery on the 14 of February (strike 2 ) . It is winter and the flowers were not covered with paper and my sister-in-law come through the garage, so never saw the flowers. (Strike 3 ). The only saving grace was a salesmen at front door around 6pm and she saw the flowers.
The bouquets of flowers were from her dying husband of 50 years. So disappointed.
