Unbeknowst to me, the details I gave to the shopkeeper about the viewing location were erroneous.
It is only because of the diligence of this lovely shopkeeper and her genuine care for her customers that the flowers made it on time to the viewing of my friends mom which was taking place in a completely different funeral home.
